Good news!  The last remaining Indiana county without e-filing has moved into the modern age.  The last holdout among Indiana’s 92 counties—Sullivan Circuit and Superior Courts—recently announced that as of this month, voluntary e-filing will be accepted.  It will become mandatory on October 8.  A process begun in 2015 by the Supreme Court is coming to a close.  See more from The Indiana Lawyer here.
