State Chamber Releases Report on Future of Indiana's Water Supply - Environmental Law News

The Indiana Chamber of Commerce released a report about the future of Indiana's water supply. The Chamber's Foundation conducted a study that showed that without without planning and proper management, the state's water supply could become a challenge in the years to come, particularly for southern Indiana.

Indiana ranks first in the country for the percentage of its economy that depends on water. A legislative committee will meet next month to look at the state's water issue to help guard against future shortages that would harm communities and individuals economically.
