Indiana’s Utility Services Use Tax and Utility Receipts Tax

Effective July 1, 2022, Indiana’s Utility Services Use Tax and Utility Receipts Tax were repealed.  The Indiana Department of Revenue has issued Information Bulletin #202 addressing the effect of the repeals on prior tax periods: General Tax Information Bulletin #202.
