The IndyBar Environmental Law Section is hosting an interesting CLE event on August 25 at 4 p.m. The seminar will take place at the new Community Justice Campus, more commonly known as the CJC. This program will provide an overview of the remediation of the site that would eventually become the CJC. Speakers will discuss the additional concerns raised for all users of the site (including inmates, staff and judges) and the remediation strategies used to address those concerns. The program will touch on the beneficial impacts of the redevelopment to the area. Judge James Joven will also provide a brief tour of the CJC and some insights into practicing in this new space. This a great opportunity to participate in an interesting program, see the new CJC, and earn an hour of CLE credit. Sign up here!
