Nine college coaches were among the more than 40 people indicted by prosecutors following an FBI investigation into a college admissions scheme. As part of the scheme, coaches and athletics administrators accepted bribes in exchange for falsely informing admissions staff members that they were recruiting certain students so that lower admissions standards would apply.
