Medical Malpractice Infographic from IndyBar Member Jason Reese

IndyBar member Jason Reeserecently posted on the statistics behind medical malpractice suits. In his post, he provides an infographic with data about the success rate of malpractice suits and the different outcomes of those suits over the years.

Winning a medical malpractice suit is difficult, and according to his research, only about 8 percent of the complaints filed since 1975 have received financial payout.
