The Indianapolis Bar Association and Foundation along with the Estate Planning & Administration Section is committed to advancing Diversity Equality and Inclusion (“DEI”) with its members.  The Estate Planning & Administration Section encourages its colleagues to make an ongoing effort to educate themselves around DEI issues impacting their area of practice.  Please take a few minutes of your time to listen to the attached video posted on the ACTEC (American College of Trust and Estate Counsel) website to help you incorporate into your own practice the diverse issues impacting your clients.  Look for more in the near future from the Indianapolis Bar Association and each Section Area on DEI initiatives.
