Indiana Supreme Court Task Force Recommends Anonymous Pro Bono Hours - Government Practice News

The Indiana Supreme Court is considering a proposal that would require anonymous reporting of pro bono hours by attorneys each year. A task force that was formed by the Pro Bono Commission to look into this problem issued the recommendation to the Supreme Court. They say that required, anonymous reporting would aid in the issue of underreporting and would allow the state to get a better idea of how many hours attorneys are giving to pro bono work in Indiana.
