California Class Action: Scooters a Public Nuisance, Cause Unrest

As scooters take over Indianapolis, California courts are now faced with a class-action nuisance complaint against scooter companies Lime-S and Bird. The California plaintiffs allege to have been hit by a scooter, tripped over a scooter, or had a scooter strike a vehicle. The Indiana Lawyer has a story here.
