Proposed Rule Amendments from the Indiana Supreme Court

The Indiana Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure has posted a proposed rule amendment online for public comment.

Trial Procedure Rules
The proposed new rule would ensure service on the Attorney General when certain constitutional issues are raised in a case.
