After the recent trademark cancellation for the Washington Redskins, one Maryland judge is doing away with that name in court altogether. US District Judge Peter J. Messitte instated a new policy to censor the name of the Washington Redskins from rulings and other court documents that pertain to the football team. Months ago, Judge Messitte even ordered attorneys not to use the team's name in his courtroom. Read more about it here.
