Contract negotiations can drive value and the contract redlining process is a major part of that value chain. In fact, when contracts are negotiated well deals are more enjoyable and costs can be reduced. 

Creating a successful and well-executed contract involves proper redlining, collective negotiation and meticulous editing. Every contract negotiation is a collaborative event, scrutinized by multiple eyes and can have numerous teams working on it at any given point in time.
