Register Now for the April 27 EPCRA CLE and Social Event!

Many environmental attorneys spend most of our time dealing with brownfield cleanups, enforcement cases involving spills or permitting violations, or due diligence for deals. EPCRA reporting issues may not come up too often, but when they do it is usually a last-minute problem and reporting errors can expose our clients to enforcement actions by US EPA and significant penalties. A well-rounded environmental attorney needs a working knowledge of EPCRA’s reporting requirements, and we are here to help. At 4 p.m. on April 27, the IndyBar Environmental Section will be hosting an event featuring Anthony Henley of August Mack, who will discuss EPCRA compliance issues including common reporting oversights and pitfalls. A social event will follow. The July 1 Form R deadline is approaching, and now is the time to brush up on your understanding of EPCRA’s reporting requirements.
