First Vice President Appointed Chief Bankruptcy Judge

Judge Robyn L. Moberly of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana will replace Judge James K. Coachys as the chief judge on August 1. Judge Moberly currently serves as the IndyBar's first vice president and will be president of the association in 2016, having joined the association in 1978.

Judge Moberly is the first woman appointed to a federal bankruptcy judgeship in Indiana. Read more about her appointment here.
