President Trump recently nominated Judge Brett Kavanaugh, of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, to fill the Supreme Court vacancy opened up by Justice Anthony Kennedy’s retirement. During his time on the Court of Appeals, Judge Kavanaugh has been highly skeptical of the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s regulatory reach.
