A new order from the Marion Circuit and Superior Courts removes the mask requirement in the City-County Building, the Juvenile Justice Complex and the Community Justice Center effective March 8, 2022.

Individuals entering all facilities are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines regarding appropriate mask wearing and social distancing based on their own personal vaccination status and health situation.

Individual judges may decide to require masks in their courtrooms. If a judge wishes to require masking during jury trials, that requirement will begin when they arrive at the courtroom and will not be required in the jury assembly room.
