Mediation and "Business Divorce" Cases

The main issues in resolving these commercial disputes highlighted by Janochoski include the personalities of the clients involved, the impact outside events have on business valuations and the respective points of view of majority and minority shareholders. Janochoski explains that accounting for these issues in anticipation of mediation will help attorneys achieve a cost-effective resolution to their clients’ most tumultuous disputes.
