Amended Order on Protective Facial Coverings and Social Distancing

Marion Circuit and Superior Courts recently issued an amended order in relation to facial coverings and social distancing inside the City-County Building, the Juvenile Justice Complex and Community Justice Center.

All individuals entering these facilities are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines regarding appropriate mask wearing and social distancing based on their own personal vaccination status and health situation. See the full order here.
