A Delaware judge has declined to dismiss a $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit filed by Dominion Voting Systems against Fox News over the network’s election fraud claims. The judge ruled that Dominion’s complaint supports a reasonable inference that Fox either knew or had “a high degree of awareness” that its statements about Dominion’s voting software were false.
