The IndyBar Modest Means Project benefits IndyBar members by providing an opportunity to gain experience while building a practice. This IndyBar member-only opportunity allows you to serve the community while putting some dollars in your pocket as well. Think of it as pro bono that isn't as hard on your bottom line!

The IndyBar Modest Means Project is also an important tool for individuals who don’t qualify for pro bono services but can’t afford typical attorney fees.

Client must be referred by a pro bono agency, a judicial officer, clerk, or bailiff, or an attorney and must be pre-screened for eligibility.
