Marion County Environmental Docket Transfer Official

As you may recall, last September the Environmental Law Section presented a seminar about the impending transfer of the Marion County environmental docket to its new home in Superior Court D12 to be presided over by Judge Patrick J. Dietrick and Commissioner Therese A. Hannah. Recently, that transfer became a reality. For those who might have missed it, here is Judge Dietrick’s order transferring the impacted cases.
