Coming soon: Webinar on the perfect oral argument
Join the Legal Experience and Advancement Program (LEAP) on Monday, April 5, from 1–3 p.m. ET, for a webinar titled “The ‘Perfect’ Oral Argument.” Todd R. Walters, from Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, will present an ex parte appeal before a panel of Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) judges followed by a panel discussion. 

No pre-registration is required. The event is free and open to all. A question and answer session will follow the presentation and panel discussion. Please send questions in advance or during the webinar to LEAP@uspto.gov.
