Bill Watch Report, March 12: Current Real Estate & Land Use Legislation of Note

Thanks to the help of Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, the IndyBar Legislative Committee is currently monitoring select real estate and land use-related legislation, and you can view the report here. Check out additional legislative updates below.

The Indiana General Assembly has completed its second full week in the second half of session.  This week, 61 bills were heard in committee by both chambers. Looking ahead to next week, a total of 47 bills are scheduled to be heard in committee in both chambers.
