Hamilton Circuit and Superior Courts Seek Full-Time Magistrate

The Hamilton County Circuit and Superior Courts are seeking applicants to fill a full-time magistrate's position. Pursuant to IC 34-4-7-2, the applicant must be admitted to the practice of law in the State of Indiana. In addition, a magistrate may not engage in the practice of law while serving as magistrate.
