Opinion Handed Down in Dan Brewington v. State - Intellectual Property News

In a decision released on May 1, Indiana Supreme Court upheld the conviction of blogger Daniel Brewington, who was convicted of obstruction of justice and  intimidating Dearborn County Judge James Humphrey.  However, the court applied different reasoning than the earlier Indiana Court of Appeals decision.
