E-Filing Tips from Judge Eichholtz

Often time we receive new cases that are filed with  an improper case type. If this occurs you may receive an order striking the pleadings and ordering that the case be re-filed as the proper case type.
Here (I hope)  is a reference card created by Trial Court Administration, that you should  refer to when in doubt as to what case type should be selected.
