Don't Miss "Environmental Bench And (a) Bar"

Judges from the Marion County Environmental Court, Office of Environmental Adjudication and the Natural Resources Commission will share practical insight and field questions on topics such as the relationship between state courts and administrative venues, discovery, attorneys' fees, professionalism and more. This program will be held on Thursday, June 5 at the Rathskeller (401 E. Michigan St.).

Attendees will have the opportunity to gain valuable insight into how to effectively represent clients before the Marion County Environmental Court, Office of Environmental Adjudication and the Natural Resources Commission. Speakers will include The Hon. David J. Certo, Marion Superior Court; The Hon. Catherine A. Gibbs, Indiana Department of Environmental Management; and The Hon. Stephen L. Lucas, Natural Resources Commission.
