Countdown to the New Criminal Code

The largest overhaul of Indiana’s Criminal Code (Title 35) since the 1970’s has now been signed into law by the Governor and will take effect in just two months. Are you prepared?

The Criminal Justice Section will present a program on Friday, May 30 to help practitioners understand the changes in felony sentencing levels, including new minimum and maximum penalties, credit time and habitual offender filings after July 1, 2014.
