Having estate planning documents is not enough. Clients often neglect to review their estate planning documents at regular intervals to make sure the documents continue to carry out their wishes. This article serves as a good reminder of the importance of regularly reviewing and updating estate planning documents, especially after major life changes, such as divorce or the sale of a business.
