E-filing in Warren Township Small Claims and Carmel City Court Now Available; Mandatory Oct. 6

Electronic filing is now available in the Warren Township Small Claims Court (Marion Co.) and the Carmel City Court (Hamilton Co.). On Friday, October 6, e-filing will be mandatory for attorneys in these courts for all subsequent and initial filings in case types that allow it.
