SBA Part Fifteen: PPP Gets Much Needed Revision

The President signed into law the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act of 2020 on June 5, 2020, to modify the CARES Act. This article summarizes the changes made by the PPPF Act and describes the questions and concerns that remain unanswered.
