Position Description:
Attorney responsible for supervision of Data Privacy & Identity Theft Unit consisting of 2 attorneys, 3 investigators, 4 paralegals/support staff, and law clerks, in addition to maintaining an appropriate case load.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of privacy law, including Indiana's Disclosure of Security Breach Act, Deceptive Consumer Sales Act, and telephone privacy laws. Knowledge of court procedures and policies, state statutes, legal research methods. Excellent communication skills.

Required Experience:
Licensed to practice law in Indiana. Prior litigation experience in state and and federal courts.
