Intro by Rayann Knepley, Kids' Voice of Indiana

What exactly are paralegal ethics and why do they matter? In this edition of the Paralegal Voice, Carl Morrison talks with Keith Shannon about the heavyweight of ethics in the paralegal profession. Carl and Keith begin their discussion with a broad overview of basic ethics definitions and then zero in on best practices for conscientious adherence to ethics rules.
