I’m not much of a “resolution person”, but the start of a new year is a natural time to assess what’s been working, what might need some tweaking, and what dreams I want to chase. I started my own firm in late 2019, so I have a lot to assess this year! This blog post highlights some helpful basic areas for review, a few of which were already on my to-do list.
