This CLE program will explore the ASTM's new standards for Phase I environmental site assessments. Obtaining a Phase I is an important step in evaluating a piece of commerical property. Properly performing a Phase I is necessary to meet the all appropriate inquires rule and is a step in establishing the bona fide protective purchaser defended under CERCLA. This CLE will explore both the legal and practical implications of the new ASTM standard.

Speakers at the program will include Frank J. Deveau, Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP; Daniel Cory, Plews Shadley Racher & Braun LLP; and Douglas Zabonick, Keramida Inc.
