Welcome to the IndyBar Real Estate and Land Use Section. As real estate and land use attorneys, we have a transformative impact on the development of our communities. The Real Estate and Land Use Section is dedicated to attorneys and their clients in all matters involving the acquisition, development, financing, re-development and use of real estate.

Our section serves a great cross-section of the bar as real estate impacts many other areas of the law. Members of our section meet monthly to coordinate efforts in addressing the many issues real estate and land use attorneys face in varying real estate markets. The section hosts quarterly continuing legal education offerings focusing on issues timely to the current events impacting the real estate practice area.
