AES, a Fortune 200 international energy company, seeks a corporate attorney to provide advice and counsel to its U.S. Strategic Business Unit headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position reports to the US SBU Assistant General Counsel and provides in-house support for a wide variety of corporate partners and functions including Human Resources, Commercial Contracts, Ethics and Compliance, Litigation, and special projects as assigned.
