Nine signs people see you as a great leader

Paralegals are typically strong, driven individuals who often take leadership roles – as lead paralegal on a case, as senior paralegal in an office, or in their roles with professional and/or civic organization. While some people make it look like a piece of cake, being a leader is not something that comes easily to everyone. For many, they will never see themselves as a true leader. Sometimes, however, others see things about us that we do not recognize as true leadership qualities. This article provides some great insight as to how others may see you!
