Proposed Amendments to Local Rules: Comment Period

The Local Rules Advisory Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for Southern District of Indiana has proposed various amendments to the local rules. After a preliminary review and some minor edits, the Judges have directed that the proposals be posted for public comment.

Comments to the proposed rule can be made by sending an email to Local_Rules_Comments@insb.uscourts.gov. Deadline for comments is Friday, January 31, 2014.
