When drafting a settlement agreement for a case with children, remember that extra-curricular activities are divided pro rata, not 50/50. See Guideline 8 “Other Extraordinary Expenses.” When the parents’ incomes are very disparate, requiring the low-earner to pay 50% of an expense may mean the child does not get to participate.
 
The same is true for uninsured medical expenses after the 6% amount is paid by the custodial parent.
