Supreme Court to Hear Case On Bathroom Rules for Transgender Students - Litigation News

On October 28th, the U.S. Supreme Court announced it will hear a school board’s appeal of a lower court decision affirming transgender students’ access to facilities appropriate for their gender identity. The case, which should be heard this term, marks the first time the Supreme Court has considered the controversial issue. The history of the litigation can be found here.
