This is a reminder that amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure are scheduled to go into effect December 1, 2016, barring congressional action. Notably, an amendment to Rule 6 eliminates the 3 days added to deadlines following service by ECF. Details on the changes can be found here.
