Courts’ FMLA Decisions Make 2016 the ‘Year of the Employer’ - Litigation News

Federal court rulings favoring employers in FMLA cases caused one presenter at the Association of Corporate Counsel's Annual Meeting to declared 2016 the “year of the employer.” In karmic fashion, Attorney Marjory Robertson pointed out that when employers treat employees thoughtfully the employer tends to win, but when employers’ actions were “oblivious or awful,” they tend to lose.
