Has the zoning administration of the City of Lawrenceburg interfered with the constitutional rights of persons with disabilities?  A lawsuit filed by the ACLU of Indiana alleges that the actions of the City in relationship to a piece of land donated to an organization who owns and operates supportive housing facilities was a violation of the constitutional rights of persons with disabilities.    The case was filed after a variety of efforts of the organization and the city were withdrawn or rejected.
