Nicole Kelsey to Chair Section in 2014

Nicole Kelsey is an associate with Church Church Hittle & Antrim where she focuses her practice on government and municipal law. Previously, Ms. Kelsey was Assistant Counsel in
the Officce of Corporation Counsel for the City of Indianapolis Department of Public Works.

During her time in the Office of Corporation Counsel, she was head legal counsel for Rebuild
Indy and managed eminent domain litigation. Ms. Kelsey earned her B.A. from Purdue
University and her J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law.
