Volunteer at Indy Urban Acres Farm!

The IndyBar Environmental Law Section is teaming up with Indy Parks to help at Indy Urban Acres! Join fellow IndyBar Environmental Law Section members on Thursday, September 8 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to weed, plant, and harvest produce that goes straight to local food pantries through a partnership with Gleaners Food Bank. Read about Urban Acres Farm here. Indy Urban Acres will provide gloves and all the tools we need, but please wear closed-toes shoes (preferably boots or tennis shoes) and long pants. It will be a great opportunity to learn more about this terrific organization, get to know some of your fellow Environmental Law Section members better, and to help out a great cause!
