New Alcohol Laws for Indiana

Indiana already has complex liquor laws in effect, but here are a few new ones to add. Three new laws pertaining to Indiana alcohol sales have gone into effect as of July 1. Growlers may now be filled with farm wineries. Carry out sales have been expanded. Alcohol may be permitted in State Parks. Find out more about the new laws here.
