Pence Selects IndyBar's Geoffrey Slaughter to Fill Supreme Court Vacancy - Appellate Practice News

Governor Mike Pence today named Geoffrey G. Slaughter as the 109th Justice to the Indiana Supreme Court. Slaughter will fill the position left vacant by Brent Dickson, who served 30 years on the bench before retiring on April 29.

Slaughter has been heavily involved at the IndyBar, and has served on the executive committee for the Appellate Practice Section for several years. Currently, he serves as the immediate past chair.
