National Credit Union Administration Issues Proposed Prototype Regulations - Business Law News

The proposed regulations were issued on April 21, and it is expected that regulations from other financial regulatory agencies will soon follow. The regulations, which generally control the amount and timing of incentive compensation for some employees of financial institutions, are required by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
