Governor Pence Vetoes “No More Stringent” Bill - Environmental Law News

House Enrolled Act 1082 would have prevented the Indiana Department of Environmental Management from creating rules or standards more stringent than those found in federal law.  Governor Pence’s press release regarding the veto can be found here.
